About Uniaway

Uniaway is an educational advisory and introduction service for students who want to study abroad.

No guarantee

Admission, scholarship, funding and visa decisions are made solely by universities, lenders and the relevant government authorities. Nothing on this website or in our communications is a promise or guarantee of admission, a place, a scholarship, a visa, a fee level, a timeline or employment unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties.

Not immigration or legal advice

Uniaway does not give immigration, legal or financial advice. Any general information about visas or immigration is not advice. Please consult a regulated immigration adviser or the official government website before acting.

Independence

Uniaway is independent and is not an official representative of any university or government body unless stated in writing. We may receive payment from some institutions when a student enrols, as explained under Fees. Universities named on this website are examples only. Course details, entry requirements and fees are set by each institution and may change without notice.

Accuracy of information

Information is general, given in good faith and correct as far as we know at the date shown, but rules and fees change often. Always confirm with a Uniaway adviser, the university and the official government website.

Fees

Uniaway's services are free to students. We are paid by partner universities and institutions when a student enrols, which does not change the fees students pay them. You still pay your own costs directly to universities, embassies and test providers, such as tuition, deposits, visa fees, the Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) and English test fees like IELTS. These third-party costs are the student's own responsibility and are set by those organisations.

Payments

Uniaway will never ask you to pay a university or visa fee into a personal account. Only make payments set out in a signed agreement or invoice, and check bank details by phone before paying.

No contract

Using this website or sending an enquiry does not create a contract. Any services will be set out in a separate written agreement.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uniaway accepts no liability for any loss arising from reliance on this website, or from any virus or defect. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Your use of the site

Please don't misuse the site, submit false information or attempt to disrupt it. Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

Intellectual property

The Uniaway name, logo and website content belong to Uniaway. Photos are used under the Pexels licence. University names belong to their owners.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
